Availability Of Non-Forest Wasteland Excluding Land Under M. Tree Crops and Groves
Salient features of Govt. policy of distribution :-
1. Land will be available for Horticulture , Forestry and Sericulture on 30 years lease.
2. Land will be allotted by cabinet sub committee on recommendation of Gram Sabha.
3. Land can be allotted to private companies , Institutions etc. without premium.
4. Lease rent will be on sun rise basis ( 1st year 1% 2nd 2% ---- and so on).
5. Lease rent collected will be deposited in " Village Fund" of Gram Sabha.
